Jubilee College International has been designed from its foundation to function from a global perspective. “My house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations…” (Mark 11:17). Our priority is to equip students with principles that can be applied into every area of life, every culture, every people group, and every language. We desire to build leaders that can be sent into all the world to fulfill the great commission of Christ. Also, we are opening doors to international students coming here from various places around the world. In the same way, JCI is expanding its training to include a distance learning program to further train leaders already ministering in nations around the world. Regardless of where students come from, they will see through the eyes of God as they are prepared to bring God’s word to every nation.
Jubilee College International (JCI) is a unique and growing ministry training school located in Pensacola, Florida. Founded in 1995 by Dr. Lindell Ballenger together with his son Len Ballenger, JCI started with a vision to train men and women to be champions for the work of Christ in this generation.
JCI is currently working to build an exceptional off-campus study program to carry this great training opportunity to many others across the globe. Our campus program boasts a distinctive combination of both classroom study and hands-on training. It is a continually developing vision, but our original mission and purpose remains strong as we continue to grow.
JCI hosts a diverse blend of ministry leaders and speakers every semester, and our vibrant spiritual training based on solid practical doctrine truly sets us apart from other schools.
While excellence, character, and spiritual operation are our top priorities, JCI also offers an accelerated and academically rigorous program that will challenge and equip students on every level of ministry. Everything that we do is designed to develop Christ-centered men and women with the values, knowledge and spiritual skills essential to impact tomorrow’s world with the power of the Holy Spirit.

JCI is what I can imagine the full effect of the Five Fold Ministry in operation equipping believers for the work of the ministry. Each and every class gives you the fullness of a theological education with the goal and training to practically apply and use all that you learn. Having the gifts of Ephesians 4:11 functioning as administrators, professors, mentors and leaders in organizational structure of JCI allows for an equipping experience like no other. The unlimited opportunities available to apply the principles that you are learning in the classroom as you go while serving in the local church, local outreach ministries and on the missions field across the globe side by side with tested and proven disciple makers is a pathway to your purpose!
I cannot give any higher recommendation than to continue to serve on the Jubilee College International team and invest into the vision that brings forth good fruit in the students at JCI.
